girl staff in glasses at reception are very annoying
location near to convenience store, room was big, facilities are good
the girl staff in glasses at the reception like to make annoying face, she never smiles and sometimes shouted to the guest..the guest really uncomfortable with her attitude..hope the hotel manager fired her as soon as possible for the good future of the hotel

What was the highlight of Hallo Patong Hotel
Did the job, what we needed.
Booked this hotel to experience Patong beach/the area. It was great for location for this reason. Far enough out that it was a good price, and also wasn’t loud overnight with the bars etc. But close enough to walk to the busy areas and beach. The room was big and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly.
The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaner, it was a wet room which was fine, but the shower head could have done with being replaced/deep cleaned. It still worked though. More signage on the website/booking.com to inform about the 500 baht deposit you have to put down in cash on the room, luckily we had cash on us but weren’t aware until we checked in.

The staff were friendly. Affordable. Rooms were comfortable. They offered beach towels also
There was construction going on at the property which was extremely noisy as they started drilling at 8am. It’s on a busy street as well
