Nice place at a decent price

Not to far from Bangla . Nice staff . Room are nice and a nice little pool .

Breakfast was included but very simple . Choice of eggs and meat . If you don’t take meat then only eggs . No fruits or other options . The rest can’t really complain for the price

Did the job, what we needed.

Booked this hotel to experience Patong beach/the area. It was great for location for this reason. Far enough out that it was a good price, and also wasn’t loud overnight with the bars etc. But close enough to walk to the busy areas and beach. The room was big and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly.

The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaner, it was a wet room which was fine, but the shower head could have done with being replaced/deep cleaned. It still worked though. More signage on the website/booking.com to inform about the 500 baht deposit you have to put down in cash on the room, luckily we had cash on us but weren’t aware until we checked in.

Most helpful staff ever!

I have stayed here during my Phuket Sandbox experience and can 100% recommend this place. It was clean, modern and affordable. Outstanding to me was the staff who were all just amazingly friendly and helpful.

Good deal

Check in is fast. You will get your room early if it is available. Bed is very confy with lots of pillows. Hotel is in very good area surrounded by everything you can think of. Waking distance to markets shopping and night life. Pool is cool.

Tv is almost broken. Picture is not clear. They charge 300b if you bring someone to your room even if you have paid to a double room price.

Good if you have a bike or car or just need a base. Basic but nice.

Location was great. Easy to find and near everything. We hired a bike so it was easy. Our first stay was overpriced for the Thailand but we are returning for our last two days and have been offered a better deal.

Good restaurant, kind and helpful staff, nice roof top swimming pool and good (delux) room.

The rooms are kinda old and need to be renovated. Rats and cockroaches are running sometimes at the restaurant area.

Noisy and loud at 3 am I got woken up to someone crying ,...

Noisy and loud at 3 am I got woken up to someone crying , screaming and knocking on my door for help .I called reception and they didnt answer the phone. Not the safest place for a female on there own . I requested to change my room but the staff igorned me .the next morning I walked out the door and blood was all over the floor came back and told the staff they said there waiting on housekeeping cleanliness is pretty poor .

Great place for fair money!

This hotel is great! The rooms are spacious and very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. The lobby is so beautiful around Christmas time too! The atmosphere is great! Dairy room service can be provided as requested. Water, tea and coffe was provided, as well as some additional items for sale. They also have room service which was the first I’ve seen that in Thailand!

The only thing is that the first night of our stay we booked a room under the category “ double delux room “ which ended up being in an older building just right in front of the lobby, just up the stairs from the hotels little restaurants. But we preferred to stay in the newer building with newer rooms & nicer balcony & view/ further away from the road. So we booked the next 2 nights in the newer budiling & we were very happy! Just a little bit more modern and spacious for barley any money & a great upgrade! The old room was also very nice & clean. Just had an old TV and bathroom wasn’t as nice! Would recommend !!!

The bed personally was very hard. It was VERY noisy, as the noise from the road side was on going through from night till dawn, I guess it depends on where your room was situated. I expected to be booked in the beach coloured rooms but my room was dark instead, otherwise it was very clean, could do with a bit more door security though

-was upgraded on arrival to a bigger room then the one we booked online for no extra charge. Really appreciated that :) -staff were very friendly and helpful -there is an elevator that made life on the 6th floor very easy -Great location!!! So close to the night markets that have the best cheapest meals! Ate there every night -also very close to bangla rd. Easy walking distance. -balcony for hanging wet clothes -hot shower -rooftop pool

Nice stay, good location

The location is ideal as close to the beach (10 mins walk) and close to all the restaurants as well as a night market. the hotel staff was very friendly and the food was a good price including a good happy hour deal. Rooms spacious with a balcony and big beds. Pool on the top floor if you don't feel like patong beach. Good view to catch a sunset, sunrise.

There was a rooster that would wake up around 2.30am behind the hotel but other then that it was relatively good
